Sony = frightening customer service
I bought this TV unprejudiced before Christmas 2009 and it has has not worked properly since day 1. First of all, The HDMI inputs didn't toil all the time. Periodically when turning the TV on, there is a picture but no sound, or sound and no incarnation. Reseating the HDMI cable fixes it...
