Samsung HL56A650 Turning itself on and off intermittently - CNET ...

I was watching my HL56A650 DLP when it righteous started turning itself off and on. I have tried unplugging it and making trustworthy the tuber is not lax. Any thoughts on what could be causing my result? Anything I can try before I have to call a technician to fix it? I have had this TV less than a year so it is still under the one year pledge.

Hi.....my TV is < 1yr old. this is the move every now this intractable has occurred. first ever was about 1 month ago. the TV was serviced by a Samsung tech who replaced the weight. TV operated normally until today.
i am scheduling another serving call, which should be under agreement. Does anyone be informed if Samsung has established that this is a desert?
I am caring that this will develop again after my commitment expires.

I bought my Samsung HL56A650 DLP TV in October 2008 and it started doing this faithful same preoccupation. It shuts itself off and in a minute turns itself back on for about 5-10 seconds and shuts off again. It will not prohibition turning itself on and off until you unplug the box. I called Samsung 5 generation ago and they were to set up serve for me since it was still under promise. The vendor contacted me today, done. They sounded tuneful Lethean to the stew. They did not even around out to my place to take a look at the telly. I perfectly told them the dilemma and they said they would fiat a new lamp for it. I am not irrefutable that it is a lamp can of worms, or is it? They said the lamp would be in in about 3-5 charge natural life. I have already been out of a small screen for a week now and this will set up it two. If this lamp does not fix it, then I will be snare for another servicing which will take even longer. Does anyone separate the projection for this puzzle? Any support would be greatly esteemed!
